I used to do this for a living. Well, I did the captioning for pre-recorded shows, mostly. But at the office, we had the “porn corner” where anybody scheduled to work on anything mostly NSFW had to hide. We signed waivers saying we were comfortable working on porn if we had to. Every now and then, we'd get a new client and would need to work on a bunch of porn vids for like a solid month. Usually, it was just softcore Skinemax, but we certainly had some hardcore web and DVD stuff in the mix.
